What is the return period?
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received the item to initiate a return.
What are the eligibility criteria for returns?
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. all original accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included. a receipt or valid proof of purchase is required.
How do i initiate a return?
Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at help@hakoforge.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (rma) number.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to our error.
Is there a restocking fee?
Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
When will i receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment.
What if my item was damaged in transit?
If the item was damaged in transit, please reject the shipment and contact our customer service team at contact@hakoforge.com immediately. we will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.
Is shipping cost refundable?
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Is my deposit refundable?
Yes, you may cancel anytime before final payment to get a full refund, just email us your info at help@hakoforge.com
