- Custom-Made Orders: Since our products are custom made to order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. This time is needed to craft your items with the utmost care and precision.
- Batched Preorders: For batched preorders, the estimated ship date will be clearly indicated on the product page. These items are produced in batches and have specific shipping schedules.

- All orders are shipped via FedEx.
3. Shipping Destinations

- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all addresses within [United States].

- Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.
7. Address Accuracy

- Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. HakoForge is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at contact@hakoforge.com. Address changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages

- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please refuse delivery and contact us at contact@hakoforge.comas soon as possible.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
