1. Processing Time

    • Custom-Made Orders: Since our products are custom made to order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. This time is needed to craft your items with the utmost care and precision.
    • Batched Preorders: For batched preorders, the estimated ship date will be clearly indicated on the product page. These items are produced in batches and have specific shipping schedules.

2. Shipping Methods

    • All orders are shipped via FedEx.

3. Shipping Destinations

    • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all addresses within [United States].
    • International Shipping: International shipping is currently only available for Canada. We are working on a solution ASAP for EU, UK contact us at contact@hakoforge.com for more information on international shipping options.

4. Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination address.
    • Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery.

5. Order Tracking

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
    • You can track your shipment through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

6. Delivery Timeframe

    • Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.

7. Address Accuracy

    • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. HakoForge is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
    • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at contact@hakoforge.com. Address changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

    • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please refuse delivery and contact us at contact@hakoforge.comas soon as possible.
    • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.

9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

    • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
    • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
    • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before placing your order.

10. Preorders and Backorders

    • For items listed as preorders or backorders, the estimated shipping date will be provided on the product page.
    • Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will be shipped once all items are available, unless otherwise requested.

11. Holiday Shipping

    • During peak seasons or holidays, processing and shipping times may be extended.
    • We recommend placing your order early to ensure timely delivery during these periods.
